Delivery Information

The goods will be shipped within 2 business days after the payment has cleared.

1.Slow Free Express Trackable (25-30days) shanghai will delay

2.Normal Express Trackable (usually 18days) shanghai will delay

3.Fast Express EMS (usually 12days) shanghai will delay

Here are some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs and this may prolong the delivery time. Please note that this is beyond our control.

Who do you ship through?

We ship using a variety of different carriers. We do this to utilize the most efficient and economical method of transport for your goods. Currently we use EMS. need other carriers,please contact customer service

Can I ship to multiple locations?

If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries. If for whatever reason we cannot ship to your location, our Customer Service representative will contact you.


Return Information

In the following cases, we accept returns and will refund your purchase.

In order to obtain a refund or replacement, all watches and their invoices must be returned to us within the first 30 days and must be in their original condition and free from any accidental injury, there are no scratches on the case, glass or strap.

The metal strap has not been resized or replaced.

If you receive a defective product, contact us at xiyousupport@163.com immediately.

Once you return the watch, you can choose to refund the purchase price or replace the same price of the watch or other price of the watch and more back less fill.

We will refund the package within 24 hours after receiving it.

The cost of return mail shall be borne by the customer.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of the parcel.

To request a return, send an email to xiyousupport@163.com, the message subject is“Return request” and indicates your order number and return reason in the message content. We will get back to you with your number and return instructions within 12 hours.
